Linearbandkeramik is a style of pottery associated with the first farming communities in Europe from about 7000 years ago. The term is also used more generally to refer to the broader culture which produced the pottery.

I assume the test uses a sample of DNA taken from one or more individuals from the Linearbandkeramik culture and compares the percentage of DNA you share with this sample compared with the other samples in the test, like European Hunter Gatherer DNA.
