Your Genetic Age Predictors - Ageing, Longevity, Telomeres & Centenarians Traits

Post by Arcadiaville » Sun Jul 07, 2019 4:22 pm

Do you have any Centenarians in your family tree? Do you have short or long telomeres, the genes predicted to influence how well we age and how long we live? :?: Can we beat our genetic age predisposition with healthy living?

Discuss your longevity genotypes predictions.
- Me: Mostly British ancestry. No Centenarians thus far. Mid-80's is the oldest age range but rare. Mostly non-vegetarian diets. Fair amount of coffee and alcohol consumption.
