Scores

32.5
Schizophrenia Index
Your schizophrenia index is a value from 0 to 100, 0 indicating a higher propensity for developing schizophrenia, 100 a lower propensity. Having a low index value does not mean that you will develop schizophrenia, it is only an indication of a genetic propensity based on the assessment of 10 samples from your genome file according to a number of reference studies. This is not a diagnostic test for schizophrenia. If you have any doubts or questions please consult your doctor or health care provider.

35.25
Bipolar Disorder Index
Your bipolar disorder index is a value from 0 to 100, 0 indicating a higher propensity for developing bipolar disorder, 100 a lower propensity. Having a low index value does not mean that you will develop bipolar disorder, it is only an indication of propensity based on the assessment of 17 samples from your genome file according to a number of reference studies. This is not a diagnostic test for bipolar disorder. If you have any doubts or questions please consult your doctor or health care provider.

Post by tdd85 » Thu Aug 22, 2019 12:00 am

I'm posting all of my results, so this is going to be super long. Sorry! ;)

rs2494732TT
People with your genotype have an average chance of developing drug related psychosis and paranoia with regular cannabis use. Although this does not indicate a higher chance of developing psychosis if cannabis use is avoided. The effects may be transient.
rs2494732CC individuals with a history of cannabis use had an increased likelihood of a psychotic disorder (odds ratio 2.18, CI: 1.1 - 4.3) when compared with users who were TT carriers. The interaction between the rs2494732 genotype and frequency of use was also somewhat significant (likelihood ratio = 13.39; p = .010). Among daily users, CC carriers had a 7x increase in the odds of psychosis compared with TT carriers (odds ratio 7.23, CI: 1.37 - 38.12).
